As a year-round business, we specialize in high-quality landscape management, irrigation, landscape installations, lawn care maintenance, and winter services including de-icing and snow plowing.

Job Summary

As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will work independently or as part of a 2–3 person crew to maintain clients’ properties. This is an outdoor, hands-on position that includes mowing, edging, blowing, and bed maintenance while meeting quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Follow procedures and direction from management

  • Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting job quality expectations

  • Use appropriate equipment for each site as specified

  • Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager

  • Participate in on-the-job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training

  • Maintain a self-motivated and professional attitude

  • Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times

  • Maintain reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License

  • Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required)

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

  • Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods

  • Experience using mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment

  • Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Benefits:

  • Starting Wage: $21–$23 per hour (DOE)

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday (occasional Fridays during the busy season)
