As a year-round business, we specialize in high-quality landscape management, irrigation, landscape installations, lawn care maintenance, and winter services including de-icing and snow plowing.

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Seasonal Maintenance Crew for the 2026 season.


Job Summary

As a Seasonal Maintenance Crew Member, you will work independently or as part of a 2-person crew maintaining residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that includes mowing, edging, blowing, bed maintenance, and project work while meeting company quality and efficiency standards.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Follow procedures and direction from management

  • Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting quality expectations

  • Use appropriate equipment for each job site as specified

  • Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager

  • Participate in on-the-job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training

  • Maintain a self-motivated, professional attitude

  • Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times

  • Maintain reliable transportation to and from work


Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License

  • Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required)

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods

  • Experience operating mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment

  • Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Starting Wage: $22–$24 per hour (DOE)
