Come and join our team at North County Lawn Care LLC. Our company has been in business since 2003 and we are looking to hire an experienced, energetic candidate to join our Enhancement Crew. We are looking for a team member who wants to lead and have a career with North County Lawn Care LLC.

Our Enhancement Crew Members/Technician's are part of a crew with anywhere from two to four team members working outside on client’s properties performing a variety of Landscape Maintenance Tasks. Pruning, hedging, weeding, leaf clean up, and other landscape maintenance may be required for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Crew Lead will be responsible for directing 2-4 other crew members.
Properly completing job tasks in a timely manner to job quality expectations.
Making sure appropriate equipment is being used for each site as specified for each job.
Trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, and edging to job specifications.
Spreading bark and gravel to job quality expectations.
Reporting any equipment issues or damage to the Shop.
Assisting with unloading/dumping of debris at the end of the day.
Assisting with any other tasks as requested by your Maintenance Manger.

Qualifications and Skills:

Workers must be able to lift 60 lbs.
Be able to walk, push, pull, bend, reach and squat frequently.
Experience with landscape maintenance equipment.
Proper pruning and trimming techniques.
Horticulture interest or experience.
Has been a lead for 1-2 years.
Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
Clean insurable driving record / MVR required.

Benefits:

Crew Leads starting wage $21-$25 per hour.
Monday – Thursday Schedule (occasionally Fridays during the busy season)
