🌿 Landscaping Crew Lead | Enhancements Division

North County Landscape Co. has proudly served Whatcom County since 2003. We are a professional, full-service landscape company specializing in landscape maintenance, lawn maintenance, irrigation, landscape installations, and enhancement projects. We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to lead a crew while delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscape services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2–4 employees
• Perform landscape maintenance including pruning, hedging, weeding, edging, leaf clean-up, and blowing
• Complete enhancement work including bark installation, gravel spreading, planting, and seasonal landscape improvements
• Ensure work meets company quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Operate landscape equipment and train crew members on proper techniques
• Report equipment issues and assist with daily clean-up

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscape or lawn maintenance leadership experience
• Experience operating landscape equipment
• Knowledge of pruning and plant care
• Valid Washington Driver's License with an insurable driving record
• Reliable, positive leader with strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work
• Must be 18 years or older

Pay & Benefits

• $24–$27 per hour DOE
• Monday–Thursday schedule (occasional Fridays during peak season)
